For sale is a 1999 Epiphone Joe Pass Emperor II, made in Korea in a gorgeous faded vintage sunburst finish. These models are among the most highly prized from the late 1990s, when Epiphone was able to maintain consistently high manufacturing quality in Korea.
The Joe Pass Emperor II is a traditionally constructed hollow-body jazz guitar with classic archtop proportions. It was developed closely based on the preferred instruments of jazz guitarist Joe Pass and is clearly aimed at players looking for a warm, broad, and dynamic jazz tone.
