Similar to the D-18, the D-12 was created in 1964—along with its 12-string version! The back, sides and neck are made of mahogany, the top is spruce and both the fretboard and bridge are rosewood as well. A nice detail: the slotted headstock. Naturally, it shows signs of use from the past 50 years. Thanks to the work of luthier Jean-Baptiste Prodhomme on the neck, it is now perfectly playable. Note the presence of an overspray on the back of the neck and part of the sides.
