1970 GIBSON EB-0 SLOTTED HEADSTOCK
Rare Gibson EB-0 bass with slotted headstock in excellent all-original condition.
The EB-0 with slotted headstock was only produced from late ’69 to ’71. This instrument is extremely light at just 7.14 lbs, with EB basses of the 70s easily weighing 10 to 11 lbs ! The famous “Mudbucker” pickup in neck position with 28.6(!) K-ohm output delivers the rumbling sound for which this bass is famous. Comes with a black period correct case.
