I am selling this magnificent first-generation Squier Classic Vibe Jazz Bass—the 2014 "Made in China" version in Inca Silver.

It is "New Old Stock": a brand-new instrument that has never been played; the protective film is still on the pickguard.

The bass is in pristine condition (just two invisible micro-scratches on the bottom edge); there is absolutely no oxidation—it is truly like new.

The frets are intact, as is the truss rod (smooth adjustment in both directions).

It is set up with low action and is a joy to play (fitted with Ernie Ball 40-100 strings).

The pots are flawless, too, with a very smooth, progressive sweep across all three and no buzzing.

In short, this is a rare bass—out of production for over 10 years—and honestly, it is far superior to its Indonesian-made counterparts. It easily rivals basses costing three times as much.

Anyone who has owned one knows what I mean: perfect finish and impeccable build quality. It is a model that is almost impossible to find these days, especially in this condition.
