The Akai MPX16 is an advanced sampler with recording and playback with drag-and-drop operation over USB. The MPX16 comes stock with ten internal kits, and then the sampler stores 16-bit stereo audio files on SD cards and triggered by sixteen backlit velocity-sensitive MPC-style pads. With USB connection, the MPX16 can control software instruments and brings sounds from your computer over to the SD card with ease.
