For sale: USA-made PRS DGT McCarty Tobacco Sunburst 2010

Up for sale is a USA-made PRS DGT David Grissom in McCarty Tobacco Sunburst finish. The guitar is from 2010 and is one of the rare DGT models finished with the original nitrocellulose lacquer before PRS introduced the V12 finish. Although V12 was introduced in 2010, I have confirmed from EM Nordic that this particular guitar was manufactured before the changeover.

Modifications and maintenance:

- The wiring has been modified so that one of the volume controls functions as a bass-cut control (done at Guitar Geeks in Sweden)

- The control knobs have been replaced with PRS Lampshade knobs (the original knobs are included).

- The frets were professionally leveled and dressed by Lottonen approximately 1–2 years ago in Helsinki Finland.

- The original hang tags are not included, but I have verified the guitar’s authenticity directly with PRS.

- The original tools are included, as well as a black leather strap.

Weight: 3.694 kg, which is an excellent weight for a thicker-bodied DGT.

The guitar shows the expected dings and wear throughout, but nothing that affects playability. The condition is well-presented in the images and let me know if you need additional images. I have tried to capture the cosmetic condition as accurately as possible in the photos. But fair to say, this is not the guitar for a PRS purist that wants a mint conditioned guitar.
