The Schaller Rotor Sound is a machine that was used to simulate a Leslie type effect back in the sixties - but as far as I know it is a phaser.

On the front you can set the voltages (220V or 110V), turn it off or on, change the intesity and speed and turn the effect on/off.

It comes with the original power cord.
