This is a 1980 Saga HD115 which was among Saga's first foray into the acoustic guitar market, making this the grandpa to today's Blueridge guitars. Saga had these built by Headway guitars, a major acoustic guitar manufacturer in Japan who still build guitars today, including the HD115. This one actually has the Headway guitars sticker inside which from what I can tell is a rarity, since the few other Sagas from this time period I've seen dont have it, which makes this a missing puzzle piece because folks had a hard time gathering info on these. It has a solid sitka spruce top, solid east indian rosewood back and sides, ebony fretboard and bridge. Condition is 8/10 because the bridge was split by someone forcing the bridge pins inside, but it seems stable. The body is crackless though you can feel the edge of the center strip purfling on the back.
