Der Baxtabber ist das Tool für Midrange Fanatiker-/innen. Er ist ein Tone Shaper/Preamp/Booster der auf der Baxandall Tone Stack Schaltung basiert, welche in Amps von Fender, Marshall etc. Verwendung fand. Mit den Treble und Bass Reglern in der "neutralen" 12 Uhr Position ist bereits ein leichter Mid Boost zu vernehmen. Die Regler "Green" und "Yellow" besitzen in jeder der jeweils 12 Positionen einen anderen Kondensator. Damit lassen sich beinahe unendliche Variationen von Midrange Shapings ausprobieren.
