This is a beautiful and rare tenor saxophone made by the US instrument makers LA Sax. It is coloured with laquer over the original brass. It comes in the original LA Sax case and is complete with mouthpiece, ligature and mouthpiece cap. I was told when I purchased it that it plays well from top to bottom. I have not played it myself since I purchased it.
