For sale is an original Yamaha 3-button footswitch designed for the Yamaha G100 212 and probably G50 Series guitar amplifiers from the 1980s.

This is the correct and hard-to-find original foot controller, not a generic replacement.

Functions:

  • Channel A/B switching
  • Parametric EQ on/off
  • Effects Loop on/off (on compatible G100 models)

According to Yamaha documentation and user reports, this specific footswitch is required to access all switching functions correctly on G100 Series III amplifiers. Generic footswitches may switch channels but do not provide proper control of the parametric EQ section.

Condition

  • Vintage used condition.
  • Cosmetic wear consistent with age.
  • Original labels and housing.
  • Sold exactly as pictured.
  • Please check compatibility with your amplifier before purchasing.

Compatibility

Compatible with:

  • Yamaha G100 Series III
  • Yamaha G50 Series III
  • Possibly other Yamaha G-series amplifiers using the same switching system (buyer to verify)

Notes

These original Yamaha footswitches are increasingly difficult to find, especially complete and unmodified examples. Ideal for restoring a vintage Yamaha G-series rig.
