Recreating the most popular vintage Big Muff sound!
Based on the Ram's Head fuzz pedal produced around 1976. It boasts a well-balanced fuzz sound from cutting to lead, ample power, and a smooth, clear, and open character. Because the gain isn't excessively high, there's minimal filtering of the tone, resulting in a crisp sound. Even when using with humbuckers, there's no need to lower the guitar volume. The Scoop/Flat switch allows you to adjust the midrange without changing the basic sound. In Scoop mode, the midrange frequencies corresponding to vocals are slightly reduced, creating a sound that's naturally easy to use for backing in an ensemble while maintaining the tonal character. In excellent condition with minimal signs of use.
