Item Description

The Denon DP-47F is a direct-drive turntable that was released in Japan in 1985, during the "Golden Era" of Japanese audiophile equipment. Denon turntables from this era have a phenomenal reputation worldwide for high-quality playback performance and excellent build quality. With proper care, these decks have lasted decades. The DP-47F itself has had almost universal praise over the years, for its exceptional build and sound quality. This turntable is fully automatic, with a non-contact electric servo arm.

This particular unit is in very good condition, with some wear throughout (please see pictures), including some scratches and yellowing. The dust cover has some scratches and a small crack on back side. Our professional technician has thoroughly checked and tested this turntable, confirming its flawless operation. Both 33 and 45 settings work perfectly, and the platter rotation is like clockwork.
