From my collection I am selling this Brady Snare Drum - Jarrah Ply Shell - 14" x 5,5"

Handcrafted in Australia by Chris Brady.
Fitted with solid wooden hoops.
10 lugs.

Beautiful glossy lacquer on the jarrah solid wooden shell.

Very good almost pristine condition
with no scratches or cosmetic damage.
It has been well cared for and shows hardly any signs of use.

It has no serial number.
Brady first started using serial numbers in 1995.
This Snare is from around 1993.

All the metal parts are in superb condition with the chrome 100% intact.
Only on the throw there are some very small irregularities, see photo.
On the Brady Badge there are some scratches in the print.

Founded in 1980 in Roleystone, Western Australia, the Brady Drum Company revolutionized the drum industry by introducing indigenous Australian hardwoods (such as Jarrah, Sheoak, and Wandoo) to modern drumming. Creator Chris Brady made history by engineering the world's first modern solid-wood snare drums crafted directly from hollowed-out tree trunks. 
Key Milestones & Innovations

Solid & Block Shells: Defying industry skepticism, Brady successfully created solid tree trunk shells. He subsequently developed intricate block and stave construction methods, alongside extremely thin ply shells.

Distinctive Sound: Brady drums are praised for a massive, full-bodied resonance with a wide tuning range, crystal-clear projection, and controlled overtones.

The "Two Princes" Sound: The company burst into global popularity in 1991 when Aaron Comess used a 4.5" x 14" Brady Jarrah ply snare on the Spin Doctors' hit album Pocket Full of Kryptonite. 

Studio Staple: Brady snares quickly became an essential A-list tool in the studio, championed by legendary drummers like Jeff Porcaro, Chad Smith, and Matt Cameron (Soundgarden).
