How it feels

• It is a serious pro tool in terms of performance - it just sings and flows with ease no matter what, with any pickups, in any style from jazz to death metal. It sounds wide, big and musical, and is better than dozens of guitars that I had. It is 'no GAS anymore' perfection level, which is somewhat annoying. It had never been my main only because I prefer baseball bat necks.
• It is a modern metal axe in the first place - dry, fast, precise. The bridge gives it tons of sustain because it is heavy, string-thru, and screwed to a sustain block routed into the body. The guitar itself is LP-heavy as well, but balanced.
• D Activators do a great job - as the name implies, it activates and really shines while downtuned to D, while in E standard it is something like EMG81/ Duncan Distortion hybrid. Neck pickup reminds me of Dimarzio Super 2.
