This is a well balanced single Sylvania 12AD7 tube. It was made in the USA by Sylvania. The 12AD7 is a spevial, low-noise version of the 12AX7 often used in studio recording gear. This tube is balanced and tests much stronger than NOS. This tube was manufactured to rigorous industrial specifications for reduced noise and microphonics. This tube has short black plates, faded lettering, and a square getter. These are highly sought after Sylvania 12AD7 tubes, act quickly before they sell out!! More available upon request.
Be careful buying tubes from other sellers who list "matched pairs" but do not provide test results or specify the equipment that they use to test their tubes.
I personally tested this tube on my recently calibrated Hickok 600a and TV7D/U tube testers.
