Gibson Mod Shop Firebird Platypus Tredwell Red 2024 w/OHSC

Gibson Mod Shop Firebird Platypus in Tredwell Red finish made in 2024 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body, mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard with a color matched headstock. Equipped with a Gibson Reissue Firebird mini-humbucker in the neck position and a Gibson Burstbucker 2 in the bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume pots, 2 tone pots and a 3-way toggle switch. The 24.75" scale length neck has pearloid trapezoid inlays and black side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a slim taper profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Grover Mini-Rotomatic tuning machines with mini kidney bean heads, a bone nut, a Gibson Nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge and chrome aluminum top hat knobs with an acrylic pickguard.

This guitar is in overall excellent condition. There are some yellow discolored spots on the headstock. The headstock also has some dings along the edges and a scuff near the logo. The neck binding has some shrinkage along the fret ends. There are some light surface marks on the lower back of the body. (See Pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case, COA, Gibson Warranty Evaluation and Gibson Strap.
