For sale is this custom-made distortion box, made using completely serviced LOMO tube preamplifiers from 1970s. If you're looking for something like Culture Vulture, but way more original and made using proper overbuilt tube technology - look no further.

If you're thinking 'tubes in the 70s, what?!', we think the same, but interestingly, even when the rest of the world moved into transistors, LOMO was still making things as they were in the 1960s.

This is a stereo unit created in collaboration between my company, Felt Instruments, and Sonic World in Germany, who serviced the units to the highest standard, made the rack and the custom VERY HIGH QUALITY PSU (230V). The gain staging can be set in three steps (input, amplification, output trim), and the high-frequency EQ that was present as a trim pot on the original modules is also available on the front panel. The unit sounds great, delivering a fat, punchy tone with plenty of Soviet filth when pushed. The only thing we didn't get right is we miscalculated the angle for the knobs on the front panel, so they rotate more than the markings would indicate!
