Vintage RARE Original 1966 Fender LOGO Jazz P Bass Hard Shell Case

This is a 1966 Fender Logo Precision or Jazz Bass guitar case. Its all original and has been around...Fender used these cases from 1962 thru 1966 with this orange interior. We are calling it a 1966 as it had a tag on it from the closed Music Shop it came from that said 1966 Fender P Bass. The case could be any of these years but we are calling it a 1966.

Its still in great shape but as you can see, it has some small missing Tolex spots in some areas, scratches, some damage to the leather ends, and the original handle is still with it. It has a cool hand made leather grip on the handle. See pics 11 & 12. we left it on... pretty cool!. This case has been in our inventory for over 20 years now. Its time to find another home for it!

The case is a standard Fender size. 13 1/2 inches by 46 1/2 inches long. Inside dimensions...The bass shown is for example only. THE SHOWN BASS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE!

The case still has all three working latches, original handle, all four working hinges, all 8 metal bottom feet, accessory box, accessory box leather opening handle, and original neck rest. All parts are original.
