We are pleased to announce the arrival of one of our special order guitars.
Shabat Guitars is a guitar studio with only five people working in a team of elite specialists in each field, such as lumbering, painting, and assembly.
The company's owner, Mr. Avi Shabat, states that “there are no shortcuts to making a perfect guitar,” and the production process is uncompromising.
From the selection of the finest woods to the assembly, painting, finishing, and aging of the guitars, all processes are carried out under strict control.
The Lion Deluxe, which has just arrived at our store, is a one-off model based on the TL Deluxe type and reflects our order.
The body color is Desert Sand, a color that was used for the F Company's Student model, giving it the atmosphere of a special model.
The neck is made of roasted maple with just the right amount of flame. The head is a snake head, which was used on the very first TL model. The grip is a standard medium C, a shape that will satisfy all players.
The R of the high-quality rose fretboard is made to a compound radius of 7.25-9.5, keeping the vintage playing comfort and sound, while also accommodating high-positioned chokes.
The Lollar pickups, which combine a modern sound with vintage withering, are a combination of P-90s in the front and humbuckers in the rear.
The front-only pickups give a delicate, rough, bluesy sound like a 50's G. The rear pickups give a cohesive, modern humbucker sound. The center position also has a well-balanced sound and can be used for cutting and arpeggios.
The overall finish is also minimalist aged, with plenty of presence.
This is a real instrument that has the looks of the F company, but with a G sound in mind.
