The Duotone was a name given to various two pickup early Vox guitars, but from around 1964 it settled on the model pictured in the 1964 Vox catalogue 'Precision in Sound'. This guitar had previously been known as the Vox Shadow - have a closer look at this 1963 Vox Shadow; a Duotone before it was known as such. A performance-packed specification; including two slimline pickups; roller bearing smooth-action tremolo unit; separate tone and volume controls; single-side machine heads; and a polished reinforced neck with hardwood fingerboard. Red or white high gloss polyester finish.
