Cocobolo characteristically have an abundace of low overtones resulting in a complex bottom end and strong upper register. The overall effect is also a bell like tone with clear, slow decaying harmonics. this increased power, sustain, & volume, Sound Optimization results in thinner gradations that make cocobolo pop.
Truly stunning in its beauty , often blending shades of orange & brown within the haunting grain!! It also fantastic with traces of golden shimmer amidst its haunting dark brown grain shines, offering up a beautiful, round low end.
