Did you know that Tom Petty's first guitar was a Silvertone 658?
Condition:
- Cosmetically good
- Structured good as well
- Fretboard/Fret wear on 2nd and 3rd area - doesn't affect any play
- Frets play all the way up the neck
- No buzz
- Action is high but playable - typical Harmony/Silvertone baseball bat feel
- Action has room for lower fine tuning
- There is a sign of seam breakage around the 12th fret - doesn't affect anything (see pic)
- Has OG pick guard
- Sounds good
- Doesn't include case
- Various chips and scratches on finish - but nothing too heavy
- Tuners may or may not be OG - they work and they are vintage - can't really tell
- Nut is old and has been a repaired crack - it works well - but should be upgraded later on
