The Avid Eleven Rack is a digital guitar/rack processor from the late 2000s, designed as a multi-effects unit, amp simulator, and USB audio interface. It offers simulations of classic amps (Fender, Vox, Marshall, Mesa/Boogie, Soldano, etc.), cabinets/microphones, and numerous effects, including a True-Z input designed to accurately respond to guitar pickups. It can function as a standalone preamp/effects unit or as an interface with Pro Tools, recording up to 8 channels at 24-bit/96 kHz. Its main appeal today is its value for money on the used market: the simulations have aged, but some still sound excellent, particularly the Marshall and Fender ones, and the Eleven Rack Editor still allows you to program sounds without Pro Tools.
