Etched code: 6901 ⠇UZ2 (Eindhoven Holland factory, January 1969)

Never used ! NOS (new old stock), NIB (new in box)
All the tubes have been fully checked in accordance with the manufacturer's new values on a Metrix LX109A analyzer (anode current Ia, slope S, gas & shorts).
Test results @ Vp = 250V / Vf = 5V :
