The Yamaha SPX900 is an iconic 1U rack-mountable digital multi-effect processor that Yamaha introduced in the late '80s. The unit quickly became a studio standard for both live sound and professional recordings. The SPX900 is known for its distinctive, slightly grainy vintage digital sound (44.1 kHz / 16-bit) and unmatched flexibility for its time (1988-1989).
