About this listing
Authentic vintage 1969 Stratocaster neck. Rosewood fretboard in very good condition, showing only light, normal wear. Quality refret with larger frets, retaining the original 7.25" radius. Tons of life left in them with some indentations on first few frets, little wear on rest. They measure 0.11" wide and average around 0.045" tall. Fret ends are smooth. The standard "B" size neck measures 1.58" wide at nut and 2.02" wide at 12th fret, and 0.89" thick at 1st and 0.97" thick at 12th fret. The headstock averages about 0.64" thick, and the heel is 2.193" wide.Predates polyurethane and appears to have had light lacquer overspray. Decal is original, and there is some checking on headstock face. Unsure about nut. Never had non-original tuners on it. Though shown in some pics for reference, no tuners are included but the original bushings are included. At some point a second string tree was added and removed. Original string tree with spacer is included. All original dot markers are present. Back shows some flame. The neck is "straight" and the truss rod works fine. The neck was just removed from a modded 69 body, and has mainly been in a case for the past 20-years.Please review the pictures.
