This Limited Edition Noble & Cooley SS Hickory Snare blends characteristics of both Maple and Oak – great mid-range with a nice sustain, and a crack that works especially well at medium and high tunings. Hickory wood is renowned for its strength and durability, making it a popular choice for sports equipment, tool handles, and drumsticks. Its straight, uniform grain also makes it ideal for furniture, cabinetry, and flooring. Additionally, many consider it the best wood for adding a pleasant aroma to fire pits or smokers!
This model series is extremely limited, but it is undeniably a great example of Noble & Cooley's mastery of the steam bent solid shell.
