Slingerland 9x13" Concert Rack Tom Drum Vintage 1970's

From the 1970's this is a Slingerland 9 (deep) x 13" Concert rack tom. 3 ply maple shell with a clear interior. The finish has been removed. Badge is missing. Shows signs of use with scratches and scuffs. Metal hoop and hardware have some scratches, pitting and overall minor rust. Chrome is flaking in spots. Interior and bearing edges are in good shape. There are no extra holes. Bracket is functioning 100%. Head shows wear, but has a good amount of use left.
