With the X-88IR, Mike Soldano has brought the X-88 into the 21st century. The 3-channel preamp has received a number of contemporary updates: USB interface, IR loader with 6 IR slots, AI-generated power amp simulation of a 120-watt 6L6 power amp, headphone output, and IR bypass function. Using the Soldano Editor software, IRs can be loaded, stored in a library, and saved to 128 MIDI presets. And most importantly, the X-88IR delivers the legendary Soldano sound. Rack is back!
