This is a single GE JAN 2C51/5670/396A vacuum tube. This tube has a 9 pin short glass bottle with the GE label on the tubes. It has been tested to meet rigorous military specifications, so you can expect low noise and microphonics. It tests very strong, with greater than NOS readings. This tube has black plates, clear glass, white lettering, and a square top getter. These are excellent GE JAN 5670 tubes that are highly sought after, act quickly before these sell out! Be careful buying tubes from sellers who list tubes as matched if they do not provide test results or the equipment that they tested their tubes on.
I personally tested these tubes on my recently calibrated Hickok 600a and my TV7D/U and the results are as follows:
