Edwards Dimebag EP-125 ESP Washburn/Dean From Hell ML lightning bolt

The Art of Shredding! Here is the rare discontinued Edwards Dimebag Darrell model based on his lightning bolt Dean From Hell, made in Japan circa 1993-94. Variously known as the EP-125, 129, 135 and so on reflecting price increase over the years, this is the earliest version, distinguished by the ESP branded tuners (note how they copied the Grover style buttons) and thin, tapered lightning bolts. Later versions had thick, clumsy lightning bolts, and no neck binding (? !)

The less said about the later made Dean imports the better. I'm of the opinion these old Edwards are the best option for the Dime fan in this price range, for something that is made in Japan! Not China or India. The construction is solid, fingerboard dark & clean, dots perfectly inlaid, binding is flawless, paint just the right shade of colour and blended shadows... this is a serious instrument typical of good quality Japanese guitars from that time period.

Pickups changed to a Bill Lawrence L500XL and Seymour Duncan APH-1N. Bridge as well changed to a Floyd Rose FRT1000. Weight 4 kg.

Guitar is in very good clean condition for its age, only light scratches and some very small nicks here and there, normal light play wear, nothing serious.

Includes original leather gigbag (one zip tab missing, replaced with a piece of wire twist tie as shown). Will also be padded and packed securely in a guitar carton for shipping.

Also please remember though it is in very good condition, that this guitar is used.
