L'HT-5R combo per chitarra eredita il timbro e le caratteristiche dell' HT-5C a cui si aggiungono il medesimo riverbero stereo utilizzato nell'acclamata serie Venue HT. L'HT-5R è dotato di un controllo del tono dedicato sul canale pulito, un "Custom Design" speaker da 12" ed il riverbero stereo, il che lo rende un' amplificatore per chitarra perfetto per l'utilizzo in studio o a casa.
