Offered for sale is a DIY Recording Equipment CP5 microphone preamp, factory assembled by DIYRE (not a DIY kit) and fitted with the highly regarded CTX Colour module.
The CP5 is a transparent, high-quality 500-series microphone preamp featuring DIYRE's innovative Colour system, allowing users to shape the analogue character of the signal simply by swapping Colour modules.
This unit has been used exclusively in a professional smoke-free recording studio and remains in excellent condition.
CTX Colour Module
The CTX module uses a premium Cinemag transformer to introduce the rich harmonic character associated with classic American recording consoles, adding depth, punch and subtle analogue saturation while maintaining excellent clarity.
Ideal for vocals, guitars, bass, drums and synthesizers.
