7027A RCA NOS Testing Matched Pair Tubes Dual Halo Getters / 7027 #2

This new old stock-testing Matched Pair RCA 7027A tubes with gray plates was tested on our Amplitrex. Tubes measured:

Tube One: 76.2 milliamps (RCA 7027A stenciled on glass with what looks like code FO or XO)

Tube Two: 74.2 (RCA and logo stenciled on base with code 68-39)

Measured with 250 volts on the plates. NOS-Testing 7027A tubes test with plate current of 72.  This pair is tightly matched electrically; some folks call it platinum matching. Tube One tests:  106%; Tube Two:  103%.

Pair have gray plates, dual halo getters (one on top and one on side), a top radiator to help dissipate heat and are tight on bases with no debris or rattling.  These tubes are very closely matched electrically and both test over 100%.  View more Amplitrex readings in the picture above.
