This OMJM features a solid Engelmann spruce top and back and sides made from beautifully selected solid Indian rosewood. It has a very tasteful design with a Style 45 Paua shell (abalone) rosette, herringbone purfling, elegant bindings, and a traditional OM-style teardrop pickguard.
The attractive aged toner and high-gloss nitrocellulose finish complete the look. Thanks to the solid Engelmann spruce top and selected solid Indian rosewood back and sides, the OMJM John Mayer Special Edition delivers a warm and balanced tone. This combination provides a rich bass response and sparkling overtones. It is also equipped with a Fishman pickup.
This 2023 Martin looks very clean and remains in excellent condition. It has some light signs of playwear on the top and neck, and the neck is beginning to develop a slight gloss, which is normal over time for a satin neck finish. Additionally, there are some minimal scratches on the body and pickguard. Includes a deluxe hardshell case and TFOA passport.
