Based around the classic clean channel of the Custom DR series amplifiers, together with a new Hi-Gain channel. The Hi-Gain series brings together the old and the new for the modern discerning guitarist!

The clean channel is the exact circuitry as used in our Custom Range Amplifiers. Combine the classic sounds of the DR103 100W together with some serious Hi-Gain and sustain and you have our ultra Hi-Gain Series Range. These amps are LOUD! Complete with our comprehensive four-button footswitch, you’ll have full control of your stage sound. Switch between the classic Channel 1 sound to the full tilt overdrive 2 channel, want more? Hit the Hi-Gain switch for some serious overdrive and distortion sounds, still want more? Switch in or out your in line FX rack. All that and we include our Accutronics spring reverb. This comprehensive amplifier will give you total control from a whisper to a roar. Look for those white knobs and stand back for some serious tones. Don’t simulate, emulate or procrastinate - if you want the total British Sound, you need a British designed amp. Check it out!

• Twin channel preamp, switches between classic Hiwatt (DR103) clean circuit and
contemporary overdrive circuit. LED indication of channels. Front panel and foot switchable.

Front Panel
• Instrument Input.
• Channel 1 Volume, pull switch for Bright configuration on the clean channel.
• Channel 1/2 switch, can be toggled from the CH1/CH2 switch on the footswitch.
• Channel 2 Gain, pull switch for Hi-Gain. Can be toggled from the Hi-Gain switch on the
footswitch.
• 3 band EQ: Bass, Middle and Treble, Classic Hiwatt style circuitry.
• Presence Control (in power stage), with same configuration as original Hiwatt’s.
• Level Control for Channel 2 (for balancing channels).
• Reverb Control. Accutronics spring reverb.
• Master Volume.
• Neon Power Indicator.
• Standby and Main Power switches.

Rear Panel
• Effects Loop send and return. Loop is automatically switched off unless something is
connected to the sockets.
• Footswitch sockets for Reverb/Effects Loop and switching of Channels.
• Main speaker output and Extension speaker output for second speaker cabinet (puts
extension in parallel with main)
• Impedance selector 4, 8 and 16 ohm.
• Failure Fuses.
• HT Fuse protects DC power to the tubes within the amplifier
• Voltage selector for switching from 240v to 220v, or 120v to 100v. 
• Mains Fuse and IEC Socket.
