Vintage Marantz 6200 Automatic Turntable Near Mint!!

Folks!!! This is a good one!!! If you’ve been watching Marantz table prices over the past couple of years, you know that nice 6200’s can fetch over $1000.00 in some cases!!!

As mentioned, this example is as near mint as you can probably get!! Plinth is perfect!! Stainless as well!! After working 4 hours on the dust cover, I’m proud to say while not perfect, it’s not gonna let the cosmetics down! Speed was tested at just a fuzz under 33 1/3, as was 45. Strobe adjustments work perfectly…mat is still supple and the platter has a light polish. The automatic system works great…cue damper works great as well! While it does come with a very nice Audio Technica 12S dual magnet cartridge, I’d replace the stylus…looks a lil wonky to me, therefore I didn’t test it.

Listen…at my price you can still have a tech refurbish it and because of the condition, have a heirloom piece to be enjoyed by generations!!
