OPFXS Dig Deep Sub Harmonic Octaver

DIG DEEP is an octave down pedal which tracks lower strings only and generates a monophonic bass line without affecting upper strings. It accurately tracks arpeggios and strumming chords on the whole fretboard, even complex chords in open or fingered positions and inversions. It can be useful to add depth and body to a thin guitar sound or simulate the presence of a bass guitar.

It comes with 2 knobs and a micro switch:

DRY: controls the level of the dry signal SUB: controls the level of the lower octave

Function:  used to set SUB ATTACK, SUB TONE, SPLIT OUT, TRACKING settings

SUB ATTACK: sets the attack of the generated octave down either fast or slow

SUB TONE: sets the tone of the sub signal, from dark to bright

TRACKING: sets the tracking range to suit various type of instruments

SPLIT OUT: splits dry and sub via a TRS jack

Dig Deep can work with most type of instruments in any tuning:

- 6 strings electric guitars

- 7 strings electric guitars

- baritone guitars

- acoustic and semi-acoustic guitars

By the way, very low tunings with thick gauge strings may cause tracking issues.
