Japanese brands such as Tokai, Burny, Ibanez, and Greco copied American manufacturers from the late 1960s/early 1970s. This 550 is somewhere between an ES-335 and a Gibson ES-330: it's completely hollow but features a pair of humbuckers. In fact, these are very good Maxon U-1000s. Sold with its hard case.
