This is a rare 1999 USA model James Tyler Studio Elite Psychedelic Fresh Vomit. This particular guitar was on display at the 1999 “Gakki Fair” in Tokyo, the Japanese equivalent of the NAMM show in the US. This was one of Tyler’s brand new models at the time and the paint job on this one has exceptional depth almost a 3D effect the way it looks like fluid is actually dripping down it, yet it is completely smooth. The tone is awesome and it has a mid boost so you can go from Strat spank to the thickness of an extreme high gain humbucker. All parts are stock and it comes with its original hard case also in excellent condition. It‘s set up with 9-42 strings which I believe are perfect for this model and also the standard gauge from the factory back in ‘99. This is an exceptional example of a pure psychedelic fresh vomit. I‘ve played it from time to time and would love to keep it but I’m reducing my guitar collection so it has to go.
