Model JCM900 High Gain Master Volume MKIII, series 2100.
The first and winning version of the JCM900, directly derived from the JCM800. Nothing to see with the infamous 4100/4500 series, which came in 1993 featuring reverb and channel switching with diodes to simulate tube distortion.
This beauty comes with single channel, all-tube circuitry, dual master volume, effects loop. No footswitch included.
Warning: power supply is 240V, so for US and Canada you need a stepdown transformer.
