Eventide 1745M with Pitch Change Module and optional transformers. It is not functional and needs repair. There was some service performed many years ago, after which the unit was again fully functional. Later it stopped working again and was not repaired because service manual and parts were unavailable at that time in Czechoslovakia. One transistor is removed and included. Inside it seems to be nothing missing or damaged.
