The Tube Drive Twin Triode is a boutique dual overdrive pedal that combines a genuine 12AX7 tube preamp operating at high voltage (168V) with Keeley's renowned Phat Mod circuit, inspired by the Boss Blues Driver BD-2. It offers two independent channels, usable separately or simultaneously, each with its own Level, Drive/Gain, and Tone controls. The tube channel delivers a warm, dynamic, and harmonically rich saturation, while the Phat Mod adds more body, punch, and sustain, with a range from crunch to a more pronounced drive. A particularly interesting feature is the ability to reverse the order of the two circuits for even more tonal combinations. Handcrafted in the USA, it also features a switchable True Bypass (which can be used as a silent buffer) and an input for an external footswitch.
