The Deluxe 85 “Red Knob” is an American solid-state combo amp from the late 1980s/early 1990s, made in the USA. Despite its «85» designation, its actual power output is 65W RMS, with a 12-inch Fender Special Design speaker. It features two channels: an excellent, very Fender-like clean tone, and a distortion channel with gain, boost, limiter, and 3-band EQ, a spring reverb, an effects loop, and the unique ability to blend the two channels, allowing for very interesting tones with pedals. The clean channel is generally considered its strongest point: powerful, clear, and very effective as a pedalboard. Sold with its footswitch.
