Up for sale is an iconic Mesa/Boogie TriAxis rack tube preamp, a true staple of '90s guitar tone.
Good shape but some signs of use (see pics please)
This unit is an original vintage piece (motherboard stamped MESA TX4 C 1992, integrated circuits with 1993 date codes). It is in excellent aesthetic and functional condition, fully ready for studio tracking or live performances.

This TriAxis is an early V2 model featuring the highly desirable factory-original TX4 Recto Board(PCB stamped MESA TX4 C ©1992 with 1993 date codes).
MIDI Continuous Control (CC): Full support for real-time parameter tweaking via MIDI expression pedals.
Pre-Fat Mod / Original Recto Sound: Features the original, un-modified Lead 1 Red circuit (Recto Board). Unlike later "Fat Mod" (Phat Mod) revisions, which added extra low-end that could sound muddy, this version delivers the iconic, tight, aggressive, and punchy Dual Rectifier tone preferred by most rock and metal players.
Service Details & Replaced Components:
To ensure maximum reliability, dead-quiet noise floor, and optimal sonic performance, this unit underwent a complete power supply section recap carried out by a professional tech:
High-Voltage Filter Capacitors (B+): Replaced with fresh JJ Electronic 30µF / 500V axial caps (secured with anti-vibration silicone per shop standards).
Low-Voltage Filter Capacitors: Replaced with high-quality fresh electrolytics (4700 uFand 3300 uF) in the regulation stage.
Original Components Status:
Audio Circuitry & Logic: All signal components (VTL optocouplers, film caps, CD4053/74HC logic ICs) and Motorola voltage regulators are 100% factory original.
Tubes: Loaded with tested, fully working 12AX7 preamp tubes.
This recap is a major plus: the power supply section is practically brand new, so you won't have to worry about the chemical degradation typical of 30-year-old original caps.
