A 1976 Gibson Firebird Bicentennial Edition has arrived!!
This is one of the Bicentennial Firebirds released to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the United States. Based on the serial number (00233735) and pot dates (1377608, 1377552), it was manufactured in 1976.

With its Stars and Stripes logo and gold hardware, this guitar exudes a charm distinct from the 1960s models. It is equipped with original stamped Patent Mini humbucking pickups, which produce a crisp, sharp sound that is truly captivating.

The pot dates are 137752x1, 1377608x2; the third is hidden by solder but is judged to be original. The capacitor is also original. Although an additional strap pin hole has been added to the back of the body, this is a guitar with a high degree of originality.

While it has some scratches and dents typical for its age, it remains in relatively good condition and offers excellent playability.
