The top is Sitka spruce, the sides and back are mahogany, the fingerboard is walnut, and it is equipped with a Fishman preamp system.

There is some twisting and warping visible in the neck, but at this time, it has virtually no impact on playability. The instrument will be sold as-is.
There are playing scratches on the pickguard, scuff marks on the body, and some tarnish on the metal parts.
There are other signs of wear and discoloration, but the overall condition is good.
