Paul Waller studied under the legendary Bob Benedetto and, after being promoted to Master Builder, became a Senior Master Builder who has crafted instruments for an illustrious roster of musicians, including U2fs Adam Clayton, Keith Richards, Buddy Guy, and Nile Rodgers.
Paul Waller crafted the very first 1951 Precision Bass, considered the progenitor of all electric basses. Key design features include a single-screw, hand-finished maple fingerrest; a fiber bridge; coarse knurling; and the subtly shaped 1951 Nocaster-style knobs on the top.
The sound is undeniably deep...
...with a relaxed attack that creates a groove unique to this particular instrument.
