ThroBak's Strange Master is a recreation of the Dallas / R. Master and features both silicon and germanium transistors.
In addition to the same germanium transistors found in the R. Master, this pedal allows you to switch between the sound of silicon transistors, which offer higher gain, all within a single unit.

ThroBakfs Strange Master has been custom-tuned to allow for more precise adjustments than the original.
The bias control, tone character selector, and transistor selector are positioned on the top panel, designed to allow users to adjust settings intuitively.
The tone changes resulting from bias adjustment allow you to control the looseness or tightness of the sound, making this model suitable for a wide range of amp tones as a treble booster designed to drive your amp.
